Return Policy

 

Returns

Contact Udevox before returning any the services must be in the same condition. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received , we will send you an email to notify you
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24h of evaluation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account, due to factors that we can’t control (bank processing times, etc.). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days since we issue it, please contact us at support@udevox.com

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned services .
